ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first-time home buyer, diving into the real estate market was daunting, to say the least. Thankfully, I had the privilege of consulting with William, and I can't express enough gratitude for his guidance throughout the process. From the moment I reached out, it was evident that William had my best interests at heart. He took the time to understand my needs, my financial situation, and my aspirations for homeownership. What truly stood out was his honesty and integrity. Instead of pushing me into a decision that might not have been right for me, William carefully assessed my situation and ultimately advised me that I wasn't quite ready to take the leap into homeownership. While this might seem counterintuitive for a realtor, it spoke volumes about William's dedication to his clients. Rather than focusing solely on closing a deal, he prioritized my long-term well-being and financial stability. His professionalism and sincerity were truly refreshing. Although I'm not quite in the position to buy a home just yet, I have no doubt that I'll be returning to William when the time is right. ZillowVERIFIEDRecently, my husband and I purchased a condo for our dream home with the help of Mr William Logan, a real estate broker from the Berkshire Hathaway Home Service. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about our local real estate market, easy to communicate with, and was able to make recommendations about the the listing condos for our consideration. He took us to the different condos we'd like to see and answered our questions, later recommended experienced house inspector Koce and very reliable Marneris Law to help us during the purchasing process. Generally speaking, buying a property is not easy, especially for someone who knew nothing about real estate but with tons of questions and tremendous amount of pressure on us. We believe William did a good job and made things easy for us.
