He led the team that assessed, renovated, and sold our fathers aged, tri-level home in Claremont. It was a massive job, in which every room and outdoor areas were touched. Neither my brothers nor I had ever had any experience with such an enormous undertaking, layered with emotion as our father had recently passed on. William was very responsive and came right away to review our property and discuss a list price and timeline. He spent several hours photographing our house using a drone and high quality equipment. The listing was amazing. He has an extensive list of agents he deals with worldwide and his social media presence is cutting edge. Our house went on the market on a Thursday and he held an open house that Saturday and Sunday. Between the open house and private showings, he showed our property 48 times in 4 days.
