What really sets them apart is their communication. We received frequent updates and quick responses both via text and call. We were out of town during the sale of our property and William and Steve went above and beyond by checking on the house after showings and at one point even cleaning it after a showing. They even helped fix our doorknob after it was broken by a buyers agent when entering our home. I especially recommend to military families buying and selling homes because theyre very familiar with the area and are very accommodating if you need to process your sale while already moved to your next duty station! When we first emailed him, after having him recommended to us by a friend, he emailed back, as soon as he could, and offered to do a virtual tour with us of a potential house. After that, he stayed in close contact with us and did the hard work of looking for homes that fit our criteria. When we traveled out to physically look at homes, he was extremely patient and professional with us and gave us in depth knowledge of what to look out for, based on our financing. Throughout the rest of the time, William made us feel like we were his top priority and answered our questions, no matter what they were, in a timely manner. All in all, William was an exceptional realtor and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or rent in northern New York.
