ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely amazing! William has expert knowledge in every aspect of real estate. We have purchased two homes with William as our buyers agent since 2018 and plan to do more business in 2020! I have seen his skills in rentals, short term leases, buying and more. William showed us a town home that we had not even considered, we ended up buying it, and that was our best deal. He can find a needle in a haystack. If your looking for a aEURoeforeveraEUR? home or a rental income property this is the aEURoego to guyaEUR?. I especially like how he has a good eye for properties that could be a aEURoemoney pitaEUR?. We steered clear of a couple thanks to William. He is a honest person who truly looks out for your financial investments.

ZillowVERIFIED William was an absolutely exceptional Real Estate agent. His knowledge and work ethic are superb. His character, disposition and patience were amazing. His dedication to helping us find the "perfect" home was second to none. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and be available. We would highly recommend his services to Amy me that may be looking for a dedicated agent in the Galveston area.

ZillowVERIFIED When we were in search of a beach property in Galveston, TX, my husband and I worked with William. William was very helpful and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the whole transaction. He showed us several properties. Even though we ended up not purchasing a property, he was quick to provide and obtain all the information we requested. He also assisted us with getting us in contact with other services we were inquiring about, i.e., insurance and foundation repair companies. William is a caring, compassionate and motivated person. I would highly recommend his services and would use him again if needed. It was a pleasure to meet him and work with him. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED William did an excellent job. He was readily willing to show us homes regardless of the countless trips it had taken. He was very knowledgeable about the Galveston area, and had a keen eye for red flags during home viewings. During the negotiation process, he communicated effectively and quickly and was able to lend his experience to help us achieve the best deal. I would certainly work with William again and recommend him to others looking to purchase on the island.

ZillowVERIFIED A very knowledgeable and nice Realtor who will move mountains to put in the home you desire. He's cordial, respectful and easy to work with. Despite the easygoing nature he carries, he is quite the negotiator. My experience working with William left a great impression and he did well for me to find and secure my home, and he can do the same for you

ZillowVERIFIED William is very professional but yet still down to earth. He helped me find a home over the summer which I absolutely love the view here!! I felt very comfortable in telling him what I want and if we looked at a home that wasn't to my liking I wasn't afraid to tell him. It was time consuming I'm sure but he never made me feel like I was a burden or waste of time!! Thank you William for your diligent efforts in finding a place I can call home for awhile!!!
