ZillowVERIFIEDWilliam was very courteous and professional, given the short time that I gave him to find me a cabin. He helped line up a few for me to review and then worked remotely to get the cabin under contract. Once we were under contract he was very diligent in getting inspections and even had the house re-keyed for me.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted William from California regarding a property that was owned by my family in Utah. William worked with me to help set up all of the necessary documentation that we needed and listed the property for sale. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He was always responsive to inquiries and got back to me in good time. I highly recommend William Davidson!

ZillowVERIFIED William is great! We were looking for a property to either build on or place a mobile and wanted a couple acres so we could spread out. It took almost a year but William kept sending us information on properties as we found them or as he saw them come up on the RMLS. Very knowledgeable and not a bad Golfer either.

ZillowVERIFIED William is very familiar with the area that we were wanting to purchase our new home. William was a pleasure to work with. We lived out of state at the time, but William made sure that our short time spent in Bandon, to view available properties, was his priority. We would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used William twice now, for both buying and selling our home. He has demonstrated his expertise and skill in negotiating with both buyers' and sellers. He has shown tenacity and the ability and willingness to go "the extra mile" on our behalf. William has the technical knowledge and experience to get the job done. He has done a fine job for us and we would not hesitate to use him again and we definitely recommend him. We are very thankful that we had him as our representative, it made a huge difference in both our outcomes!

ZillowVERIFIED Great guy and very helpful through the entire process of our property purchase. My wife and I are from out of state, and William was very helpful with repeated request for property information. We looked at several properties and were going to make a purchase offer on a smaller lot, but William helped us to obtain a larger lit we had initially intended to buy. William negotiated terms for us with the property owner rather than a cash purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Would highly recommend William Davidson, I was most impressed by his friendliness, understanding and knowledge in all areas of our concern's. He listed our land for sale in southern California, also helped us look for and showed property to us in Oregon. We did not purchase at this time but will be in contact with him in the near future.

ZillowVERIFIED William was very knowledgeable about the house in Rose Park, Salt Lake City we bought in late 2005, he had done his research and understood the market value of the property at that time. He was straightforward and honest, it was a fixer upper and we got a good deal on the place. I couldn't have been more pleased!
