They do all the cosmetic things - driveway power wash, mulch, photoss, etc, but they also make your house more salable with a thorough pre-inspection run thru and for older roofs, they do a validated check to give the buyer a longevity expectation. They walk you though any repairs needed after the buyer's final inspection and take you through a closing that is uncomplicated and seamless.

We had an incredibly complicated sale -- selling a distressed property on behalf of elderly/unwell parents from a distance of 3,000 miles away, all during a very chaotic and difficult time in our lives and navigating new territory. There is no way we could've done it without him and his team.We interviewed two other Realtors, both of whom told us pricing we wanted to hear rather than needed to hear and who didn't really offer practical advice. Bill managed to be encouraging, but realistic. He gave honest, direct and practical guidance. We knew we needed a Realtor who would be our eyes and ears since we were trying to manage everything from such a distance. He and his team provided recommendations on service providers for various repairs, gave us sound advice on doing "just enough" rather than overdoing it on what needed to be fixed/updated, scheduled and coordinated all the services needed (well above and beyond), gave us regular updates on showings and feedback, guided us through negotiations when we did receive an offer, and brought the entire thing to a successful close of escrow AHEAD of schedule.During the entire time, the communication was always clear and helpful. Questions were answered immediately, efficiently and with incredible patience and kindness. We can't imagine having worked with anyone else during this really nuanced process -- there is not another person out there who would've worked this hard for us. We're 100% convinced of that. We recommend him wholeheartedly.
