ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I started working with William Bill early April 2020 when we decided to list our home in the midst of a global Pandemic! Bill came out to our home and provided advice on what things we should address prior to listing the home. We took a few months to address those items and officially listed our home late June 2020. The pictures that were used to list our home were absolutely AMAZING! Our home listed on a Wednesday and by the following Monday we had SEVERAL offers that Bill helped us navigate. We entered into a contract and had an anticipated closing date end of the month July 2020. To no fault of Bills, the deal fell through! Bill and his assistant Carol were very professional and supportive during that moment of chaos and immediately assisted us with putting the home back on the Market. The home hit the Market the following day (Saturday) and on Monday we were back with SEVERAL offers. Bill, once again, helped us navigate the offers and we chose the best option for us! On August 28th, we closed! Throughout this very unique situation, Bill and Carol remained calm, professional and never steered us wrong! They were very communicative and upfront, which created a sense of trust and security while working with them. If youre looking for someone who knows how to sell a home quick and knows the process well, this is your team!

The team was always happy to answer all of my questions and even provided a tool to track all of the action items that needed to be taken care of along the way. During the time that we were searching for a house, the Cooper Group did a great job of pointing us in the direction of houses that matched the criteria we were looking for. They were always willing to schedule a time to go view a house in person and were very accommodating to our work schedule. At the time of closing, the Cooper Group had done such a good job of setting everything in place that the dreaded 2-3 hour closing meeting only took about 30 minutes! I would happily look to working with the Cooper Group in the future when we are ready to move to another house! Aaron?s recommendations for inspections were great, and his banker Tom Mueller closed the loan in a short period of time. Aaron helped to educate me of some of the pitfalls of home ownership.
