We were in a tight spot and in one of the "not so ideal" conditions of buying a house. Between four realtors and a whole lot of others that reached out, Victoria is the businesswoman to go to. I highly recommend her if you are buying or selling. Here is why.... Communication and quick responses. When you're in a position where time is of the essence and you're a busybody who also over-thinks or needs answers as soon as possible, she meets every aspect of that need. Even though she has multiple clients and is busy, she will get back to you and ease your mind about any questions you have. With other realtors we were working with, it'd be hours before responses, and half the time, the response was that I have multiple clients today. We did our preapproval with a realtor and still had to jump through hoops to even start looking at homes. However, with Victoria, we looked at seven homes within days and even same-day requests. With the market the way it is, time is of the essence. If you wait to view the home, it'll be gone or have multiple offers already in. However, Victoria, if you want to see it, let's go. She's knowledgeable, she'll work around the clock, she's patient, she's courteous, but best of all, she makes you feel in control. Also, she's great at negotiating and getting quick responses back from the seller. She never made us feel like our dream was impossible, that we needed to just settle for something we were questionable on. If you want the fun, day-dreaming, but still business-oriented experience, with someone who has you're best interest when it comes to transactions, she's the one to go to. We viewed the house, and within two days, we were ratified and under contract to obtain our home, and it was a pretty sweet deal.

Victoria was amazing! When we first met her it was like seeing an old friend again after a long time.
