It looked like a pitch to a VC. This IS Silicon Valley, people, do your homework and work only with a broker or agent who is proven to actually LAND DEALS in the area you are trying to buy in! ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time home buyer, I didn't really know much about buying a house, the processes, the paperwork etc and so I was lucky that the first realtor I came across was Will. I had heard nightmare stories from other first time buyers but for me, I can't say buying a house was a nightmare and most of that I owe to Will. We reached out to him telling him what we were looking for. He met us within a few days and spent half a day with us looking at houses. He advised us which homes were not in good areas for us and we went with his suggestions on homes. He knows the market, he is experienced and can spot the trends. He is very much in the digital age - paperwork was less paper and more digital signing via a single secure website. Phone, iMessage or e-mail, he would respond straight away every single time. He was fair, honest and straight up and those things are really important when you are looking to buy a home for the first time. Friendly, well-mannered and even though we have moved in, I still text him asking any questions and he still helps out where he can. Great service, greatly recommended.

In order to provide for the health and welfare of the makers of the trust, all of the non-liquid assets had to be sold. An estate and trust attorney who I have known for over 15 years highly recommended William E. Chea, a professional Realtor. I contracted and met with Mr. Chea. I then contracted with Mr. Chea to sell the condominium-residence. Mr. Chea proved to be a highly polished real estate professional in every since of the word. After listing the property, the next step was to set a price. Mr. Chea conducted a market analysis. Mr. Chea and I discussed a price and jointly arrived at a price that proved to be a reasonable starting position.Shortly after the condo-residence was placed on the multiple listing service, several "offers" were submitted. Given Mr. Chea carefully studied the offer, did some additional checking around town and concluded that multiple offers had been made by the same individual who made the offer on the condominium. Mr. Chea further stated that this was not a good sign and recommended that I not accept the offer. Mr. Chea explained that whenever an offer is accepted the real estate must be taken off the market while all of the contingencies are cleared. When real estate is taken off the market, marketing time is lost and a bonafide potential buyer might be missed. I did not accept the first offer made.Several weeks after the first set of offers, a bonafide offer was made for the condo. Mr. Chea again carefully studied the particulars of the offer, and recommended that we accept the offer. I learned that once the offer is accepted, the deal is not sealed until all contingencies are negotiated to the satisfaction of the buyer and all requested information is provided to the buyer. A series of very difficult hurdles had to be jumped. The condo-home owners association was not cooperative and in fact almost killed the closing of the transaction. Luckily Mr. Chea worked overtime with the buyer's real estate agent and after much effort and frustration ironed out all the differences. The real estate transaction finally closed. Throughout the process of listing the property through the preparation of the closing documents, Mr. Chea proved to be a very ethical, hard working, professional Realtor working on my behalf toward a successful sale of the condominium. Finally, Mr. Chea was always a phone call away. Mr. Chea always responded to all my concerns, questions and inquiries either by telephone and/or email correspondence.I highly recommend Me.
