Will Burton represented my husband and I in the sale our home and purchase of the new in Summerville. Not only did he sell it during a difficult time in real estate but also during the holidays which is almost impossible! We were moving from New England and under a time crunch and William did a terrific job making the process smooth by helping us look at rentals in a timely manner and with patience. My roommate and I are young teachers who were moving from Massachusetts to Charleston and had only visited the city once. We had limited knowledge about both the city/surrounding areas as well as the rental process as a whole. We decided to get a realtor to help us with the process but we are very picky about who we interact with and trust with our living experience. William kindly reached out on Facebook after I had posted in a group for housing in Charleston, and we quickly got talking about what I was looking for and what I wanted to avoid. From our first interaction on Facebook, I could tell that William was warm and genuine, something that we needed in a time of stress as we were scrambling to find an apartment with 1 month until we started our new jobs. William was patient, kind, knowledgeable, present, and honest. He was quick to respond throughout all hours of the day, which was really helpful for us as this was an all-day/everyday process for us during that last month of crunch time; and not only did he respond almost immediately, but he also traveled all over to give us virtual tours of different apartments. We were worried about finding someone we could trust and rely on as we weren't physically present to find ourselves a place, but William really outdid himself in those aspects. Overall, I would highly recommend William as this was the best and most smooth apartment hunting process I have ever experienced.

William was wonderful to work with! We have been looking for a rental that is dog friendly in the IOP/Mt. Pleasant area for the past 2 months. We were not very successful finding good rentals during our first few weeks, however once we met William, he sent us MLS listings for rental homes and also arranged viewings for us. He also checked to see if there were already applications on the homes before we viewed them so we would know how much competition there would be for that particular rental. After living on IOP for the past 11 years, we thought we would be able to find a rental since we knew the area. However in this market, you do need a real estate agent like William to help find the best properties. William would meet us early in the morning or late in the evening. He was extremely responsive via email and text. We would highly recommend William to anyone who is looking to rent or buy. When we are ready to purchase a home, he will be our first choice. Thanks again for all your help!
