I have since moved away from the Reno area, but if I ever go back I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to hire Bill again. His honesty and integrity are beyond reproach. ZillowVERIFIED This real estate transaction was complicated. The home had belonged to my mother and was in a family trust. Mother passed in Aug. 2016. My sister and I were co-benifiicheraries of the trust. My sister and I had to agree on each detail of the listing and sale. My sister and I both live out of state so most of the correspondence was by phone or email. We listed it in May and it closed end of June with multiple offers and over asking. We were very pleased with the price received and the communication Bill provided, returning every call immediately.Once we had rec'd multiple offers, Bill guided me in selecting which offer was best. Bill was very helpful during the various inspections that the buyer required. He was able to save me money on the repairs that the inspections revealed.I have bought and sold several houses and this was by far the smoothest transaction. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and I highly recommend him.

After hard work, we finally were able to sell our home for a little less than what we asked for. While looking for a new house, many of them were sold shortly after we looked at them; however, Bill never told us to settle for something we did not want. Prior to our new home being on the market, Bill advised us and started the negotiations. We almost had a bidding war, but Bill's understanding of our situation and the sellers, landed us the deal. ZillowVERIFIED We first met Bill when we needed to sell our SFR in Reno's South Meadows market during the very difficult downturn of 2009. Bill proved to us then that he had the market knowledge to price our home correctly, and made the extra effort by having the home professionally photographed, presented on the web, and had initial home tours with area brokers. Results speak for themselves: The home sold within the week. We really appreciated Bill's professionalism throughout the process.We moved to Sacramento, where we currently live. However, in 2014 the need arose for us to purchase a condo in Reno for our daughter, and we didn't have to think too hard about who to choose as our buyer agent. Bill helped us find an excellent condo unit. We felt bad that with condo prices on the floor, Bill would not get much of a commission. Still, he put extra energy in helping us search and cul our purchase choices. Since we were out of town buyers, Bill served as our eyes and ears, putting in the extra effort to take and send us photographs of prospective units, and research the local market, and answered all our questions in a very patient, thorough manner. He met us on weekends (the only time we could come to town) to tour various condos. During the closing process, Bill was willing to meet inspectors and service providers at the unit, and report their findings back to us.All in all, Bill was a great help to us, and I would recommend him to anyone on either the sell or buy-side of any residential real estate transaction, from large, modern homes to small condos.
