ZillowVERIFIEDIts been great working with Willard. He listens carefully his customers to better understand your needs. He gives great suggestions and advices. He knows how to negotiate for his clients to get the best deal. Overall, I will recommend him to anyone and you will not regret. He helps me selling my house in 5 days. No kidding, I repeat 5 days , I got an offer for my house. He knows how to present his product to the public. He is simply an awesome realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Willard did an absolutely amazing job, so patient, very knowledgeable, understanding of our needs and beyond a pleasure to work with. I will never use anyone but him. He never gave up faith or hope that we would find the perfect home for us. He understood my 3 year plan and this is not my forever house this will be my number 2 rental home. Willard also handled my first home and getting qualified renters in there for us

ZillowVERIFIED This was my second time working with Willard and it truly was a pleasure to work with him both times. I first met Willard when I relocated here from Guam, he was highly recommended to me by a mutual friend who was also my real estate agent in Guam. Not being from this area, I wanted to rent first for a while allowing me the time to learn the area and make an informed decision on what area I wanted to buy in. Willard was great, while helping me secure a suitable rental was not as profitable as purchasing a home, Willard proved to give as much of his time, effort and dedication to helping me as he did when I was purchasing a home. Willard is very knowledgable in both the real estate process and the local market. He is funny and fun to work with, which can be very helpful as shopping for the perfect home can at times be very stressful. While Willard made the process fun, he was always very professional in all of his dealings with both myself and others. If you want to make a friend and have someone in your corner as you navigate the home buying process or any other real estate transaction the Willard is your man!

ZillowVERIFIED Willard was amazing! We originally were moving from out of state so we found him before we moved. He had houses lined up for us as soon as we were ready. His expertise in the surrounding areas was a huge help. He was with us every step of the way and helped negotiate the best deal!!! Communication was great. Always responded to every single question we might have. Can't wait to use Willard in another year when we move up to our dream home!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Willard did an excellent job. He seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Willard kept us updated on twist and turn and, I believe, he got us a fair price. We were not going to use an agent because of all the horror stories we've heard but Willard sure changed our minds. I hope y'all have as good of an experience, when you need to buy or sell, as we did. I would not hesitate to contact Willard again if we were in the market.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Willard at a fantastic open-house (nice job Willard!) and when I asked him to help me view some homes in my area he was the friendliest guy (and funny too!) Unfortunately my prequalification came in a bit short of what I had expected so I'm back to the drawing board for now but Willard is a guy to go to!
