She represented us on our last two home purchases (one a new spec and a custom build), one sale and a rental that we needed during the sale of one home and moving to the next. Kim is the sort of person that is very easy to become friends and still do business with. She is very responsive when we have questions about a property or want to view one. Will masterfully devised a strategy to beat out the other offers and have the winning bid. His professionalism and experience really came into play. It was a short escrow and Will and Leslie Woods made what could of been a very stressful process very easy. He has a team of experienced people around him that really helped. There are some many things you don't think about that become really important when you have to close from out of state in less than 21 days. From start to finish, she ran the sale of our home with professionalism, fun, patience, knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond any previous experience we have had with a selling agent. Our home is listed in a desirable community for new homes, however, the pre-owned market is oversaturated and slow moving. Kim worked closely with us to help us meet the price we needed to sell at, as well as advising us on the best trends in the neighborhood. She wasnt willing to sacrifice what we needed in order to make a quick sale. We appreciated that so much. She not only held open houses, she worked to alert all local realtors of our home, did reverse prospecting to reach out to buyers looking for our home specs, joined with other realtors to do a group open house extravaganza in our neighborhood and countless other things to get eyes on our home. She made sure we were also ready to stand out by having a professional stager walk through to help us arrange our home for prospective buyers, sending an amazing photographer to capture it well, to even helping to clean it when we were out of town and our parents were staying there to take care of our kids! In the end, our sale had some unforeseen complications that Kim made sure that our interests were well protected and all went as smoothly as could be. She even stepped in for the buyer's realtor to help the process move faster when they were not available to make sure both we and the buyers could close in a timely manner. Its easy to be a great realtor when the market is moving fast and there are more buyers than homes available. Kim has really stood out to show us that she takes her business seriously and is willing to do the extra work it takes when times may not be on the sellers side. I know she would do the same representing a buyer, as well. Thank you, Kim! We absolutely loved working with you and your team! She genuinely cares about her buyers through the entire process when you're looking, closing, and even when there may be issues or questions after the move (home warranty, tax explanation, etc.). In our case, our home warranty was not responding in a reasonable amount of time to a claim, so she made a call for us to help get things out of a stalemate.
