Will went above and beyond throughout my home-buying process. My circumstances presented a challenge since I was restricted to a particular price range and was still living in another state. Wills knowledge of the Starkville housing market and his patience with my circumstances was incredibly valuable to me. I always felt like he had my back. My daughter, who lives locally, acted as my surrogate between my trips to the area, and Will was always available to show her homes, send me videos of the homes and neighborhoods, and dig beyond just the Property Condition Disclosure Forms to give me the most comprehensive picture of properties in my price range. Will also had a great working relationship with my lender, which really helped facilitate the long-distance nature of my purchase. Even now, post-closing, Will is a wealth of information about local tradesmen (plumbers, electricians, etc.) - and being new to the area, I cant stress enough how helpful that is!
