ZillowVERIFIED Will has a lot of experience working with Veterans, and his experience was able to enable us to pretty easily navigate getting a VA loan on a property sold by a seller who wasn't initially willing to deal with those requirements. Will was also great with negotiating and using comps to find an estimate of appraisal value, which was something I was looking for in a realtor as I needed to get the best deal I could manage. Not only does he go above and beyond for his clients, he also has a solid network of connections, so any issues that pop up can be dealt with via a familiar and trustworthy contractor, allowing him to negotiate deals others wouldn't be able to broker. Will made time in his day to view as many homes as we wanted since we had a short timeframe to find something. He made sure that in the purchase and sale of our home in Lapeer, MI that we were well taken care of and he made us feel at all times like we were his only clients. He is extremely friendly, thoughtful, and professional. My kids loved him and he never acted like they were an annoyance when they were running and yelling in the background of calls or being distracting at the closing table. In fact he colored with them and played with them so I could get everything signed as quickly as possible. He knows what hes doing and is the right person to trust in this important process. Hopefully if we move back to MI hell still be there as a realtor because I doubt there is anyone better than him.

I was told to look for another house so I got rid of them and hired Will to negotiate and my behalf to get the home. He stepped into a messy situation to get me this specific home I was told would be impossible. He got me the house when I even started losing hope. Hes on time , if he says he will be at a showing , at the home for the inspection hes either on time or early. He was always communicating with me letting me know our progress every step of the way, he was always in touch with my loan officer keeping the process moving smoothly. Hes very knowledgeable regarding the area and gave me a lot of tips on the house maintenance wise. After getting to know him hes a great person and a great family man and that goes a long way with me. He took what seemed to be a hopeless situation with my dream home and got me the house. Our process was not an easy one as we are a family of 6 that was and did relocate to a new city and school district.
