Will has a lot of experience working with Veterans, and his experience was able to enable us to pretty easily navigate getting a VA loan on a property sold by a seller who wasn't initially willing to deal with those requirements. Will was also great with negotiating and using comps to find an estimate of appraisal value, which was something I was looking for in a realtor as I needed to get the best deal I could manage. Not only does he go above and beyond for his clients, he also has a solid network of connections, so any issues that pop up can be dealt with via a familiar and trustworthy contractor, allowing him to negotiate deals others wouldn't be able to broker. Thanks once again for putting me in a home, Will!

As a first time single homebuyer, the whole process seemed intimidating. However Brandon made everything simple and easy for me, he explained everything thoroughly and had great communication the entire time. After viewing a handful of houses, we found the right one and he stayed up late to submit my offer so we could get it accepted the next morning. We then closed exactly a month later. I couldnt recommend him enough.

Will is an amazing realtor. He goes above and beyond from the moment you meet him. We are a military family and had to view homes virtually. Will made time in his day to view as many homes as we wanted since we had a short timeframe to find something. He made sure that in the purchase and sale of our home in Lapeer, MI that we were well taken care of and he made us feel at all times like we were his only clients. He is extremely friendly, thoughtful, and professional. My kids loved him and he never acted like they were an annoyance when they were running and yelling in the background of calls or being distracting at the closing table. In fact he colored with them and played with them so I could get everything signed as quickly as possible. He knows what hes doing and is the right person to trust in this important process. Hopefully if we move back to MI hell still be there as a realtor because I doubt there is anyone better than him.
