ZillowVERIFIED Wil met my husband and I at a house we were interested in; however, the day before our appointment I located another house we were very interested in...after showing us the first house I mentioned the 2nd and he stated we could see if a showing could be done right then...he was able to take us to the 2nd location and we decided the 2nd house was the one for us. Although he was not prepared for the 2nd house (as it was not expected to be shown) he worked to find the answers to our questions non-stop. We are excited about our new house and thankful for his willingness to accommodate us and all of our requests!

ZillowVERIFIED Wil Montgomery showed me a property I was interested in at the last minute prior to me flying out of state. Im sure this required him to adjust his schedule to accommodate me. I had been looking in various areas throughout Southeastern Oklahoma so did not have a dedicated realtor. I decided to make an offer, Wil worked with the sellers agent to arrive at a reasonable price, ensured that the seller completed agreed upon repairs and basically acted as my emissary in all matters as I am an out of state buyer. This relieved an immeasurable amount of stress for me and I owe Wil a huge debt of gratitude. Wil also recommended and contacted a contractor to build a detached garage, which I sorely need.....He had to make trips to the property to open it up for the contractor as well as the surveyor....which surely was an imposition. I cannot tell you how much this is appreciated and how much stress and worry this has alleviated......I highly recommend Wil, he went above and beyond what most realtors would do......Great job, Wil!
