Well, thank goodness for Whitney Proctor's patience and flexibility when it seemed like every "perfect" house that we came across fell through for one reason or another....couldn't negotiate with the sellers, sellers decided not to sell, there were multiple offers on the same day (several of those!). We SO appreciate Whitney's encouragement and dedication to finding us exactly what we needed for our family. We now understand why all the others didn't work out, because our home is just perfect for us and we couldn't have found it without Whitney's help. If you are looking to purchase a home in Cleveland, Whitney is your girl! She was there when we wanted to go see something "right now," or when we couldn't go to a showing until after work. She worked with us for over 7 months, through ups and downs, and at times had more patience and persistence than we did! Always available and was most certainly the most knowledgeable about the entire process - at times even more so than others associated with the house buying process.
