I was moving from Louisiana to Kentucky and thus had to do a lot of things through Facetime and email - they were very accommodating and understanding of this. Even further - early on Whitney pinpointed the neighborhood she thought I would love - and this is the one I ended up in and do absolutely love. They really do go above and beyond. I can't imagine going through this experience with anyone else - if I ever move, I will 100% be using them again and I recommend them to anyone purchasing a home in the area.

We started our search for a home in a town, about which at the beginning of this process we knew very little . Whitney gave us a wonderful introduction to Lexington, where she grew up and where she feels so at home. We were able to see and appreciate the town through her eyes. Whitney fully understood what we wanted (and did not want) in a house and tireless showed us house after house until we found what we were looking for. On the rare occasion that she had a conflict, her husband, Rick, also a realtor, or another associate would meet us at a property, with Whitney quick to follow up personally with us after these showings. I do believe some realtors would gloss over things in hopes of closing a deal.
