ZillowVERIFIED Whitney was a great recommendation from a friend. We told her what we were interested in and we were from out of town. When we came in town she had a bunch of houses lined up to see. What made Whitney stand out most in my mind was that there was a house for sale that I had a screen print of. I could no longer find it online and figured it was sold. I told Whitney the house I really wanted to see was no longer online and that I had a screenprint of the listing. She asked me to forward it to her. She called the listing agent and found out the seller had only taken it down because it was getting cold and was planning to relist in the spring. We looked at all the houses she had lined up, including this one. Once we decided on the house that the seller had taken off the market, she did a great job at trying to find comps on the unique property and negotiating with the other agent. She often went out of her way to contact the other agent and follow up. She will never leave you hanging and she works hard for you. If you are buying a house, I would HIGHLY recommend her. Thank you, Whitney. We now have an amazing little place in Michigan to call our own and we are very happy with our place on the lake.
