Whitney was originally the realtor for the seller. From the moment I contacted her as an out of state Investor and told her that I do not have a realtor, she was very professional and worked very hard for both sides to make everybody happy throughout the process. Even after the closing, she continues to help me find contractors.. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a home to live in or an investment property.
