ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Wes for a number of years via voluntary service so when he moved into real-estate and I moved out of the state while having to close on the family homestead, yes, I called my friend. Mom had just died, we were heading back to TX. Wes did not bother us with bids from developers and loggers, he found a buyer who loved the place as a home. God bless, there was zero money to made here, all parties are HAPPY, one real-estate agent, one attorney. The service I expected from my friend, never lie to me and make the appropriate match happen. Our listing wasn't even a money deal, he's really dang good at matching buyers and sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED selling my mom's run down house was a chore that was greatly eased by our salesperson Wes Vanvoorhis.....Wes kept us informed of any and all viewings and perspective buyers...he also gave us insight into what we needed to do before offering the house for sale...he helped network the house thru contacts he has in the realty business that greatly exposed the house to a wider buying population.....house sold within 6 months for what we expected and we were pleased to see it go to a good guy that wants to keep it for his family....kudos to Wes for all his hard work and diligence.

Wally recently aided me in selling my home and he went above and beyond on every step of the way. From the moment we met and he put a for sale sign in my yard, I was confident that my house was sold. And, Wally did not disappoint. He had people interested in my home within a day and helped me with any and every need as a seller. It is easy to see when someone loves what they do, and Wally is that person. He keeps his word and when he tells you something will be done, it is. If you are looking for an honest, persistent, principled salesperson, Wally is your realtor. I proudly give him my highest recommendation and it is well deserved. ZillowVERIFIED Weslie "Big Wally" VanVoorhis is not only an EXCELLENT choice for an agent, but really should be your ONLY choice if you are going to be selling your house. We had previously had our house listed on two occasions with two other agents and had little to no response either time...... BUT THEN, Big Wally took over and we not only had a great response, but also a contract on the house in a short amount of time. Wes does a great job of keeping everyone in touch, and following up. However, after 8 months on the market with little to no interest from potential buyers, we decided it was time for a change. As this was our first time selling a house we didn't really know how to start. Enter Wally. As I was procrastinating deciding on a new agent I was contacted by Wally, who expressed his interest in selling our house for us. ZillowVERIFIED I listed my home with Wes VanVoorhis as he came highly recommended to me. Wes was my fourth and final realtor in the process of trying to sell the house my mother had left after her passing. The house had a reverse mortgage on it and we were at risk of losing the house. We hired Wes on the advice of a good friend and he got the job done. Not only did he get the house sold he went above and beyond what any other realtor had done. He was available to let contractors in the house while I had to work all day. He was always available to take my calls and if not he would get back to me very quickly. He made sure people knew the house was for sale with signs that led right to the door since the house was located on a dead end street and not on a main road.Can't say enough good things. He will get your house sold for you and will definitely lessen your stress in the process.
