ZillowVERIFIED Wesley just found us (family of 4) our new home in Chula Vista. I started working with him a few months before we relocated, and during my business trips ahead of the move, he would meet me at anytime to go look at properties. He immediately established rapport and trust with me, and figured out very quickly what we (the family - wife) wanted in a house. It was truly amazing to watch him work and find the properties that fit our checklist which saved us a lot of time. Once we found a place, he gave excellent advice one what to offer, and he aggressively got us the best deal. During the whole process, it was like he was a most trusted friend, the smartest attorney, "the art of the possible-Bob Villa," and of course, the wisest of realtors. I would recommend him highly to any of my friends or military members relocating to California. Once you get over the sticker shock of what it costs to live here, this is the guy you want in your corner doing the heavy lifting, and he has the personality to keep you sane. He is better than exceeds expectations, he is "Exceptional."

ZillowVERIFIED We were recommended Wesley by our lender. My wife and I don't live in San Diego and needed someone who had experience with long distance moves. This was also our first time purchase. Wesley was always available, answered calls and texts and emails in a timeline manner. We travelled 4 times and each time Wesley spent more than 8 hours with us showing houses all throughout north and south county. He also knew a lot of the area, prices, advised us on negotiations and helped us navigate the whole process. Though we didn't have crazy requirements he worked with us on what we wanted from a house including the layout, the size, the type of lot. I would instantly recommend Wesley, local or otherwise, he is a great agent.

When it comes to all things real estate, there is no other person that we trust than Wesley. To say that he's delivered and executed each time is an understatement. This is my second time writing a review on him - I highly recommend him! We routinely get his company letters in the mail that explains his mission statement and what he can provide to his clients and I can attest that all his claims hold true. He is always available to answer my calls, texts and questions and goes above and beyond to ensure we are aware of every detail or piece of information a long the way. Communication is key and we were never short of that. Here are my experiences with him on the buying AND selling end. First and foremost, I believe having 1 person deal the selling and buying can alleviate so much stress. BUYING: Both times have been smooth and easy. He goes in with your best interest at heart. We've been blessed to have had both purchases go in our favor and we owe that to Wesley. He knows what it takes to get it done. SELLING: When it came to listing our home, he had A media company come out and take the photos and a video (drone) of our home. There is no way for me attach the video on here, but it was very well put together. The photos show the TRUE condition and space of our home. I know that on the buying end, its important because sometimes you go to house showings and the pictures don't always reflect what you're seeing. No matter how the housing market is doing Wesley knows the market and the trends very well and he has strategies in place that account for the shifts in the market. We placed our home up for sale during the time where houses are averaging 40 days on the market and we were still able to sell our home within that time frame. Wesley is professional, driven and his work ethic is like no other. I appreciate the team he has behind him that has allowed for my husband and I to make purchasing and buying a smooth process. I trust his judgement on lenders (VERY IMPORTANT!) and professional opinion when it comes to real estate. So, thank you again WESLEY! For all your hard work and always making us a priority when it comes to business. No matter how many clients you have at one time, we have always felt like we were the only ones. We have known and worked with you for 4 years and you have remained the same!
