Wendy was equal to the task and helped me navigate the obstacles while i was out of the country, to include getting the keys to the new property manager when it closed. She also helped me recently sell an investment property using a 1031 exchange helping me to defer taxes and maximize the investment. She also referred me to an out of state Realtor to help me on the other side. She has a full tool box and a high degree of integrity and i highly recommend her.
