ZillowVERIFIEDWendy and her team are professional and friendly. They are very knowledgeable of the Phoenix/Scottsdale market. They assisted me in a complicated sell/rent/buy. This stuff can be stressful - but they were excellent partners and helped me through it.

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy Ortiz and her Team provided Exceptional, Outstanding Service helping us purchase our home. We could not have chosen a better Realtor to work with than Wendy Ortiz. Wendy is very knowledgeable in this market. She provided us with accurate helpful information throughout our entire home buying process. Wendy brought up many questions and factors that we had not considered asking. I really felt comfortable working with Wendy knowing she was working for our best interests. This gave my wife and I a very safe secure feeling when trying to decide on which home would be the best suit for us. I would definitely work with Wendy on future purchases. We are 100% completely satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Wendy based purely on her exceptional track record in Paradise Valley and Clearwater Hills, and she delivered 5 stars on all aspects of our transaction. From beginning to end, she, and each team member, exceeded our expectations - a rare pleasure. Her refreshing candidness, based on deeply informed convictions about the market, put us immediately in sync. Harder to duplicate may be the whole team's genuine professional enthusiasm, and dare I say warmth, that must somehow be in the water at the Wendy Walker offices.

ZillowVERIFIED Great experience from day one and the entire process from listing to closing was under three weeks. We live out of town but it was still seamless. Wendy communicated on a frequent basis to let us know about showings and interest. I highly recommend her as a realtor!!!

ZillowVERIFIED She was excellent. Great service. Went out of her way to help me. She even offered to help on nights and weekends. She met us at night to sliver our keys. She went to property ant time I asked. She walked the neighborhood for me. She took pictures of what I would see because I was in Illinois not here in Arizona. She always responded quickly when I texted her or called her.

ZillowVERIFIED I have had the pleasure of working with Wendy and her team on numerous occasions and my experience has been wonderful. Wendy's breadth of real estate knowledge, work ethic, and dedication to consistently go above and beyond for her clients is nothing shy of amazing. What is more, Wendy and her team are thorough, responsible, and genuinely caring individuals -- important attributes in general...but especially so in real estate. I would recommend her without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED From the initial interview to the closing of the sale of the home, Wendy Walker and her highly efficient team made this experience and transaction smooth, efficient and professional. She has many years of experience in dealing with real estate in this area and I have found no one more knowledgeable or responsible in every detail of the transaction. She has an extensive list of subcontractors to take care of any issues in the home that might need tending and is always willing to meet them at the house if the homeowner is not able. I recommend her without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Wendy and her team (Shannon and Julianna) after a somewhat negative initial foray into purchasing my first home. After taking a month or two off from searching to recoup my losses, I asked friends for references and was directed to Wendy Walker Fine Properties. I approached Wendy with trepidation and laid out all of my concerns to her, one of the first and foremost being that my budget wasn't of the caliber that some of the gorgeous homes listed on her website seemed to require, I was concerned I might not get the same level of service. If you are reading this, I can assure you, Wendy and her team treated me with the utmost care and concern, responding to all of my emails, texts, and calls within minutes. They listened to my list of 'must haves' and 'wants', introduced me to some neighborhoods I'd never known about, and once I found the place I wanted, Wendy and Shannon both took the reigns in communicating and negotiating for me. They were supportive and informed throughout the entire process, and I felt confident that Wendy's advice was backed up by data, accurate, and in my best interest. And I am pleased to say that today I picked up the keys to my first home, and I couldn't be more proud! Thank you Wendy and Shannon for all your hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED I retained Wendy Walker to sell a residence of a friend who had recently died. After having a horrible experience with the prior realtor on the same property, Wendy was a breath of fresh air. She priced the property competitively, kept me informed weekly of prospects and was very aggressive in pursing those who had a genuine interest. Once a buyer was found she took the initiative in working with the mortgage holder for a short sale. The end result was timely closing at an acceptable price. I certainly would recommend her for anyone needing a realtor. In fact I already have recommended her to a friend who is considering the sale of his residence.Jim Bruner

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy did am amazing job selling our home. Before listing, she came well prepared to explain the current market, comps, and process. She thoughtfully and skillfully built up interest in the property before listing, and then sold the home within days of listing. This was during the slowest season of the year. I would definitely recommend Wendy for purchase or sale of a home.
