I found Wendy on social media, sent her a message on Facebook and she responded super quickly. We connected immediately! Were a young family making a move from NY to Fl and it was overwhelming to begin this process. Prior to contacting Wendy we had negative experiences reaching out to developers and lenders. Wendy was beyond warm and understanding. She took us right in, guided us and pointed us to the right direction. She took the time to hear us and create a realistic plan yet tailored everything to what we wanted. Wendy got to know us and developed a relationship very quickly, which helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was available At All and mean ALL hours of the day to answer EVERY and ANY question, not to mention that she walked us through everything before we even started. We set goals together that will achieve our dream to purchase our first home. Wendy was involved in everything and she was checking in to make sure we were comfortable with everything that was taking place. Being that the entire process of buying our home was done from NY. Wendy was our set of eyes here in FL, she recommended our builder, gave the community the first look, help us choose everything that accommodated our family from the model of our home to the loan that we chose. We would send Wendy forms and forward her emails from the lender and she would reply immediately explaining things and clarifying everything. She always made sure we understood absolutely everything and that we felt supported at all times (which we did). We did not feel disconnected to this process at all thanks to Wendys dedication. She checked on the construction process, inspected our home and was with us remotely during closing. She assured we would have someone coming to our home to help us with the closing process from out of state. She even sent us a lovely gift to celebrate(Shes super sweet and thoughtful). Wendy was and still is a blessing to our family! We wouldnt have been able to do this move without her support. I recommend Wendy for all home buyers, specially those who arent experienced. It all started with a very friendly first meeting at a Starbucks near me, the rest is history. Wendy worked with me and my family, starting with my credit (I did it on my own with her advise), finding a home for me and my family (we decided on a new construction that fitted out needs), she was there every step of the way. From the first meeting with the builders, to the first meeting with the construction manager, to visits to the property, to the last walkthrough and closing. Even after closing she is still sending me emails to check on us and sends us reminders of next steps. I can go on, and on, on how much of a Blessing Wendy has been in this process that at times can be very stressful. ZillowVERIFIED I had quite the home buying experience, but the only reason I am in my home is because of the dedication and hard work of Wendy Stewart! She has such a great heart and I am truly forever grateful to her! I was just two weeks or so away from closing when we found out my lender basically didnt know what they were doing and promised that I was eligible for a grant (after in the beginning being promised a larger grant but then later Finding out that the money has been gone for a while and I was never getting it) and then letting me know I didnt ever qualify for either grant and there was nothing they can do and I would need 1000s of dollars that I didnt have. Did that stop Wendy?? Nope! She found me a new (much better and really awesome) lender willing to work with me and my price budget and together they both worked really hard to get me in my home and even close ON TIME!! She is simply the BEST and you wont find anyone as dedicated and caring as she is to her clients! I love Wendy! Thank you!!! ??
