ZillowVERIFIEDWendy was always readily available by email or text. She would pull together showings with less than a day's notice sometimes. We liked that she would give information and answer questions about the different properties and the area directly rather than try to sell us. Wendy is a down to earth person which we also appreciated. We moved to Holland from Illinois and the "process" there is much more formal and has a great deal more steps. Sometimes we did not fully understand the process in Michigan which is why we did not give her 5 stars on that one. Don't hesitate to use Wendy. She's on it!
