ZillowVERIFIED Wendy is an absolute rock star. This was my second time buying a home, and I was very nervous because the first time was a disaster (delays, problems with escrow, issues with the negotiations, etc.) This time could not have gone better and I attribute that directly to Wendy. Wendy not only helped me find a home I am in absolute love with, she was a pro at helping me negotiate my offer and get it accepted. She held my hand through the escrow process and worked her tail off to get it done not just on time, but almost a week early! I could not have asked for a better real estate agent to help me through such an exciting and nerve wracking experience. She is honest, no pressure, attentive, and gets the job done right and on time. I would recommend Wendy to absolutely everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy is the most patient and knowledgeable real estate agent you will find. It took a year and a half for us to find the right home for our family, and Wendy always had our best interest at heart. She knew what we needed and she worked hard to find us the best home for the four of us. She was also more than understanding of all the difficulties and ups and downs that come with finding a new home. She was kind, empathetic and actually a lot of fun to work with as well. My husband and I feel lucky to have found Wendy as our real estate agent and as our friend now as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Not only is Wendy a very good friend of mine, she helped me find my dream home. I am a very picky and cost conscience buyer and she stood with me through it all. I drug her though several neighborhoods from one end of Panama City Beach to the other without one complaint from her. She just said, "we will keep looking. I want you to have a home that makes "you" completely happy." She has also helped me sell property and works with all types of buyers. Wendy is knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate but more importantly, she is all about her clients. It is her goal to make sure her clients are overly satisfied and that she leaves a reputation that will allow her to work for your children, grandchildren , friends and acquaintances. I highly recommend Wendy for all of your real estate needs buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED There's not enough to be said about Wendy's dedication to her clients. She helped us fulfill a lifelong dream of a place at the beach! Our first offer fell threw but she stayed with us until SHE found a place that would work. It was her experience with the market and contract negotiations that helped make it happen for us. She was never pushy...always very encouraging, patient and politely subtle with suggestions. Again, SHE made it work for us. It wasn't a huge purchase, yet she treated it as if was one of the most important deals to her. She was AWESOME!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently relocated from Wisconsin to Panama City and could not have been successful without the help of Wendy and her team! She made our purchase smooth and stress-free, which was a huge task since we were so far away and could not come down for a final walk through or even for the closing. We completely trusted her and would certainly do it again. We will be turning to her help for all of our real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Taylor and Wendy are two of the most unprofessional people I've felt with. They set up meetings just to try to cancel ten minuets from appointment time. Tell you to go ahead and look around they are running a little little late just to call you when you pull in the driveway and tell you it sold yesterday. I would recommend them as unprofessional and unreliable

ZillowVERIFIED You want to Windy to resolve our home problem and received fantastic service from her. She was very educational about local life, sights, and distinctions between locations. The knowledge was possessed by her that made us feel just like we were making an informed decision. She solved all the relevant questions we'd. When we told her we needed time to think and do more research, she was more than accommodating. She made the house hunting much easier than it which could have been on our own. I'd totally recommend Wendy!! Thanks again

ZillowVERIFIED When we inherited the property we didn't think that we would be able to get it sold at Full asking price in 4 days. Wendy Alvis and her team were able to help us avoid costly updates that we considered making, helped get the house cleared out and cleaned up and ready for sale. We really appreciate all the help

ZillowVERIFIED From the very beginning, Wendy was very professional, understanding and sincere with the process of selling our beautiful custom home that we enjoyed in a fantastic neighborhood. It was a tough decision for us to put our home up for sale, due to the fact that our home was the hub for gatherings of family and friends. She guided us during the entire process to make our transition as smooth as possible. Some of the things that impressed us were her knowledge of the area, her process expertise and the very professional job that was accomplished with regards to putting our home on the internet. Thank you Wendy for a job very well done. We will recommended Wendy to all our friends and family.

He actually is working on our behalf instead of just trying to sell any home.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the most complex preparation and closing of dozens I have endured over the last 30 years. Dates were accelerated at the last minute and it took extra effort on Wendy's part to pull it off. I was to the point of walking off from the 'deal' but Wendy thought it would come together in the end; it did. I have yet to meet Wendy in person although I think I know her well just from emails, texts, and phone calls. Thanks for a great job.

ZillowVERIFIED We were 2nd time home buyers and had an idea in what we were looking for and where we wanted it. Wendy not only helped us in finding the right house but, she also helped us navigate the buying and closing process. Her knowledge in house repair and title was very helpful during the search. We almost did not end up with the house because the seller was not very cooperative. Wendy worked extra hard to get the seller to cooperate with us until the end. We highly recommend her to anybody looking for a real estate agent buying or selling. Thank you Wendy.

She really has integrity and truly has concern for her buyers to find a good home at a great price for them, it's not about the commission its really about her client. It was refreshing, I consider her my friend now and highly recommend her, she will go through a difficult journey with you and get you the best deal!! Love ya Wendy and thanks again!!

ZillowVERIFIED We owned land in Bonifay, FL for many years. We decided to sell as we now live back in the U.K. Being U.K. citizens and unable to just 'pop in' to a realtor in Bonifay. Through the internet we were put in touch with Wendy who I was assured could sell our land. She is very connected with what's going on in the area and what's selling etc. So that from agreeing to sell to the land being sold took literally only 3 weeks! We would have no hesitation using Wendy again. We found her to be true to her word, have a very realistic outlook on the situation at hand and her updates and communication skills were exactly what you need when selling a property/land. Added to the fact that we were in the U.K. the whole time and had no need to fly to the States to complete a sale was absolutely fantastic for us. We hope that her business goes from strength to strength. Thank you, Wendy.

ZillowVERIFIED I just purchased my first home from Wendy she was very fast in submitting my bid and keeping me updated which led to me acquiring the property.Communication is very important to me. I've made several attempts within the last year to purchase foreclosed properties from an alleged "top realtor" with whom i wont mention, and have not been successful due to things such as my bid not being submitted and deadlines not being communicated.Wendy really goes above and beyond.Call her and see for yourself..
