She found me my dream home! I have two young kids and she helped me to find something that not only suited my needs, but theirs as well. Great little neighborhood on a very quiet street. ??????

Right from our first meeting I could tell Wendy knew her stuff. Shes not only friendly but very knowledgeable about buying and selling. I was very confident in her ability and trusted she was working for our best interests. And when the appraisal for our new purchase came in lower she went to bat for us and got the sellers to lower the price! I would recommend her for all your real estate needs.

Wendy was very nice , funny, laid back, and made me feel comfortable. She was extremley patient with me as a indecisive first time home buyer and extremely knowledgeable. She knew alot of things I would have never thought to ask. She didn't just treat me as a buyer but as a friend with her honest advice. I could tell it wasn't about making a sale with her, she wanted to find me the perfect home and it showed. Thank you Wendy.

Wendy was fantastic and patient with us. She helped us for many months until we found the perfect home. She was always available and answered all the questions we had. Wendy always found the right person to ask if we had any questions out of her scope. Through over two dozen houses in person and probably a thousand online, helping us narrow down our search and keeping our minds open was a forte of Wendy. We are pleased to have had this experience with her by our side. Our first time buying a home was stressful and chaotic but Wendy was supportive through it all! She was good at staying neutral when asked opinions and helped us to see through rose colored glasses as well as minor imperfections. Her eye for a home and its potential kept us level-headed throughout our search. Wendy provided us with excellent insight on details we didnt think about or did not have enough experience to know mattered! Overall, during our time with Wendy, we felt comfortable and that we truly had a real estate agent we could trust and someone who would be in our corner, always. We would whole-heartedly recommend Wendy Priscak for any of your home buying/selling needs!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure to work with Wendy Priscak for both the sale of our house and the purchase of a new home. We are so glad we chose to work with Wendy. She not only counseled us when we had tons of questions and concerns but she also took the lead to navigate us through the entire process to closing and beyond. She was patient, honest, confident and very knowledgable. Her understanding of the housing market played a key role in how we listed as well as when. She took the time to advertise our house on social media sites which certainly helped drive attention and potential buyers to our listing. I know it was because of Wendys well planned and thought out listing strategy that our house was under contract with a great buyer less than a week after it went live on the market. From the home staging advise, fabulous photos that she directed, the well written detailed listing, and her role in negotiating the offers all added to this success. Wendy is a pro when it comes to dealing with offers, negotiating price and terms. Because of her we got more than we expected. We would have been lost without Wendy helping us through all the obstacles, paperwork, contracts, negotiating and the emotional rollercoaster of buying and selling. Wendy was our rock and advocate. We are so happy with our new place but if we ever want to move we will want Wendy on our team.Christina Greenslade and Ryan Hoffman
