Wendy Means

Since becoming a licensed REALTORA(R) in 2012, Wendy Means has helped countless families successfully buy and sell homes throughout Lamorinda and the surrounding communities. Prior to joining Dudum Real Estate Group, she earned Top Performer status as a member of a high-volume local real estate team, building a reputation for exceptional service, market expertise, and unwavering client advocacy.

A lifelong East Bay resident, Wendy grew up in the Alamo-Danville area, where her parents worked in interior design and construction. Their influence sparked a lasting passion for homes, architecture, and design-an interest she continues to pursue through her own residential renovation projects. Having personally renovated three primary residences, Wendy brings a practical understanding of both a home's potential and the decisions that create lasting value.

Before transitioning to real estate, Wendy enjoyed a successful career in education and technology, serving as both a fifth & sixth grade teacher and Director of Technology for LearniT, a Microsoft Education Gold Training Partner in San Francisco. These experiences strengthened her communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, while deepening her understanding of the needs of growing families and busy professionals.

Known for her approachable style, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients, Wendy has earned heartfelt praise from those she serves, including nicknames such as "superhero" and "house angel." Many of her clients remain trusted friends long after their transactions are complete.

Wendy and her husband have called Central Lafayette home since 2010 and are active members of the Lamorinda community. They enjoy the area's unique blend of small-town charm, outstanding schools, recreational opportunities, and easy access to the greater Bay Area. Their twins graduated from Acalanes High School and went on to attend Georgetown University and the University of Utah. You'll also see her daughter playing for the Denver Summit NWSL team. In her free time, Wendy enjoys hiking with her dogs, playing tennis, skiing, and embracing the active outdoor lifestyle that makes Lamorinda such a special place to live.
