ZillowVERIFIEDWendy Harman and her staff at Point B Realty were a huge disappointment. We ran into a tower of difficulties to include, poor communication, to misinformation from beginning to end. This was in no way the fault of the owner of the property other than using Point B Realty as their facilitator. I must say that being associated with Point B Realty was a very disappointing experience and if I were a home owner looking to rent my property I certainly would consider other agencies. As a renter I would advise you to seek out other agencies as well....Point B Realty was very unprofessional and a disappointment in every respect. I would not recommend them

It was touch and go due to unforeseen circumstances but Wendy hung in there with us and gave us very sound advice and guidance. She made arrangements for the building inspector and even went beyond the norm and hired an expert chimney sweep - the best in the area - as well as a roofer to give us estimates on making improvements - all prior to closing and all at her expense. Wendy made sure everything was in place prior to closing so it would be seamless - which it was. She was upbeat and positive at all times and made herself available to us. I would definitely recommend Wendy to anyone interested in buying a home. We have become good friends and hope to have a long lasting friendship.

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy Harman was my buyer's agent when I purchased a home in Edgartown in 2009 and continues to act as my rental agent today. I honestly believe I would never have been able to purchase a home on Martha's Vineyard without her advice and expertise. Wendy crunched the numbers for me and demonstrated how someone with a modest income like myself could well afford to own a home on the Vineyard by using the rental income to help offset the carrying costs. She then used her extensive knowledge of the rental market to weed out homes that would not fetch a premium rent, and direct me to homes that would. When we finally found the home I wanted to purchase, Wendy was instrumental in making the deal go through, while always making sure my best interests were paramount. Wendy and her associates at Point B Realty continue to work diligently and professionally in helping me rent out my home today.

Wendy also has the highest integrity (i.e. honest, trustworthy, etc). I wouldn't use anyone else.
