Inspires confidence by her excellent communication skills, and she is able to summarize the market landscape without getting too technical. It is obvious that she does her homework in evaluating a competitive asking price and timing of putting the house on the market. She discussed her perceptions of the current and expected economic climate (possible timing of fed rate hikes, etc..) Several contracts were offered within a week, and her suggested asking price was topped by well over $10,000. She gave excellent advice for preparing the showing of the house. She recommended a phenomenal cleaning service, which was scheduled promptly and reasonably priced. She even added her own special touches (pretty bathroom towels) before the showings to enhance the appearance. I find Wendy to be keen, energetic, enthusiastic, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
