She was the only Realtor we spoke to, to advise us that it was a better decision not to perform significant cosmetic upgrades to our dated Lakefront home before listing it. She convinced us that most buyers in this price range would prefer to buy at a slightly lower price, and make the changes/upgrades they preferred. Wendy also pushed us aggressively to be the first new Lakefront listing on the market as the Spring selling season approached. Her guidance proved correct, we received multiple offers on the home immediately upon listing it, and sold it for a full priced offer with the Buyer agreeing to waive the home inspection and all contingencies to lock in the sale.
