Wendy did such a good job for us in a CRAZY market!!! We looked at many homes and knew we had to be ready for the RIGHT one. When the RIGHT one came on the market, she had us in for a showing an hour after it was listed and we were under contract 3 hours later!!! Her knowledge of the market, relationships and expertise got us the best house and deal we could have hoped for!!!

Six years ago Wendy took us to a house we did not think we wanted to see but we had some time to kill so we went to humor her. although she had only spent one day with us she had learned enough to know what we would like. we fell in love with the house and made an offer that day. now fast forward six years when it was time to sell there was no one other than Wendy we wanted to talk to. she convinced us to ask a great price and then in days delivered a buyer. the entire process was fast and efficient. her team is top notch. she is a great realtor and a greater friend.

Wendy and her Re/Max team did an absolute stellar job of listing, promoting and managing our home. This was our first time selling a home, so we had a bit of anxiety going into the unknown. Not only did Wendy and her team take on selling our home as first time sellers, but did so in the middle of a pandemic. So, needless to say our "unknown" anxiety of what to expect was pretty high going into the process. Wendy and her team jumped on the listing, shot amazing photography, blasted the property to all social media and home buying apps immediately and within 3 days we had multiple offers over listing price on the table. Fast forward a month later, we signed, closed and moved to another state ready to begin our new life. I can't thank Wendy and her team enough, they will always be our first call.

Wendy is absolutely the best. She both sold my previous home for me, and helped me buy my current one, and I just have so many great things to say about her. She is super knowledgeable and her experience truly shows, but I really appreciate how I never once felt pressured to do anything while we were working together. I had worked with agents before where you could tell they just really only saw you as a commission check, but with Wendy, I truly felt like she had my best interest in mind in every recommendation or action she did.
