As a resident of Phoenix for over 24 years, I have raised my children in this community and have co-owned a successful service business during this time. I've always been interested in the Phoenix real estate market and decided in 2014 to obtain my license and advance my career as a Realtor. Having been involved as a co-owner of a small business, I am able to deliver outstanding client service, knowledge, advanced marketing techniques and skilled negotiations representing my clients to the best of my ability. Education is key and I work hard to make sure my clients are well informed and assist with making the best decisions possible. Over the past five years, I have helped buyers and sellers achieve their goals in finding their next home. Wendy is a mother of two and settled with her husband of 25 years in the Phoenix area. She enjoys spending time with her family as well as skiing and traveling.
