ZillowVERIFIEDI've felt so bad about taking so long to tell anyone in need of a realtor how excellent of a choice Wendy is! She is extremely knowledgeable of the Greenwood area, you won't find a more empathetic realtor ready to help you find the hidden gem of your dreams, Wendy was extremely patient with me over the 7 months we worked together looking for my home! I'll never use another realtor in town for purchasing property in the area. She is well equipped and connected within the community to provide a seamless/painless experience as you look for and buy your next home!

ZillowVERIFIED WINDY IS TIRELESS IN HER APPROACH TO MAKEING HOME BUYING A SMOOTH AND EASY ROAD, HER KINDNESS , ALONG WITH HER ABILITY TO KEEP THE HOME BUYER IN TOUCH WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE HOME SIGNING AND LEGAL PAPERWORK , MAKES WINDY A TRUE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I WISH THIS HAD 10 STARS TO GIVE, TRUELY , DENNIS AND KATHLEEN EDDINGS.

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy Bruce does not disappoint! We just closed on our second home with Wendy as our realtor. She listed our home and it had three showings and a full price offer on it within 24 hours AND helped us find our new home. She was very helpful to our family both times we needed to find a home and we will always call her if we need help. She is very prompt and always made sure that we understood everything we needed to know. She is readily available and always made us feel as though we could call her with questions or concerns. Wendy is trustworthy and will make sure you are in a home you love. We are grateful for Wendy and all she has done to help us!

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy came recommended to us when it came time to sell a family home. She met with us late one afternoon and we were impressed with her knowledge of the area and the process we would be going through. She was able to answer all of our questions and ease away all of our uncertainties in putting the home up for sell. We were very pleased with Wendy through the entire process and would highly recommend her to any one with property to sell. She is very easy to talk to and work with and was always available when we needed her. Need to sell some property? Contact Wendy Hart Bruce with Greenwood Realty LLC in Greenwood SC.
