After that initial conversation and from that point on, he has met my family and I at numerous homes to show us what was available, and what he recommended. He has almost immediately responded to numerous texts, calls, and emails, never expressing any type of discomfort or annoyance. Just one month ago, he helped sell my familys home and was able to lock in my mothers dream home in Clifton, NJ. He led us through the process and was very patient about explaining things to us. He was also very realistic about the Clifton area real estate situation too. Initially we were a little bit cautious because he would advise us that our (initial lower) bids might not be very competitive...but after seeing what houses were going for, we realized that his advice and suggestions were spot-on. Weam knows the market inside and out, and he has a very good feel for what will be a competitive offer. Most importantly though, in a place where people are dealing with large amounts of money, Weam is a person you can trust. Some highlights - in addition to giving advice on the entire process, Weam also led us through home walkthroughs while pointing out things that we should look for. He pointed out other useful tidbits like school district and surrounding areas. As we went to open houses with him, his interactions with other agents showed that he is well-respected in the real estate community. He also made himself very available for us. He'd meet with us on the weekends, in the evenings, and is very accessible by phone/text/email.Oh - and Weam did help us buy a home in Clifton ! We haven't moved in yet since it's very recent, but we are very happy with the purchase so far!
