I have known Wayne for some time, felt very comfortable reaching out to him. Whenever I called he would get back to me as soon as he could. My sister and I listed my parents home Wayne was there to advise and to communicate his knowledge so we could obtain the best possible price. I am not sure how many times he showed the house, but was always willing to share the feedback from potential buyers. The house sold before the listing contract expired. As mentioned I am very impressed with Wayne and his team they seem to be the premier real estate agent in the local area. Waynes past performance with a friend of mine let me with little doubt who to us and his results leave me with no doubt who I will use the next time.
