ZillowVERIFIED We aren?t people that do reviews but are compelled to do one on Wayne Toteff! We contacted Zillow to schedule a tour on a Sunday and was touring with Wayne later that day. He went beyond our expectations! He got important documents together for us within a day! Wayne went even further and got professional opinions on things we were questioning as well. We got to go through with an independent contractor and he answered all our concerns. Wayne definitely worked for us and made us feel he really wanted to help us get what we wanted. Yet at the same time we never felt pressured. That was so refreshing. We actually felt as if we gained a new friend instead of a realtor. We strongly recommend Wayne to be the realtor to contact to help find the perfect place for them!

ZillowVERIFIED After not receiving any offers for nearly two years on a house needing to be sold as part of an estate settlement, we decided to switch realtors. A neighbor recommended Wayne Toteff, and after meeting him in person and seeing first hand his willingness to jump in and help solve a leaking refrigerator problem, we decided to list with him. From the beginning he was responsive, and displayed initiative with his marketing of the property, and most importantly to us, his frequent communication with us, by phone or email. This is what desired after our unsuccessful listing with another realtor. Thought the price and location of the home made for a challenging sale, Wayne was able to generate multiple offers on the house, including one we readily accepted. Wayne displayed a level of integrity and cooperative, helpful spirit not often found. We strongly recommend Wayne if looking for a realtor in NW Michigan.

ZillowVERIFIED Both times we spent the afternoon looking at homes with Wayne, he was well prepared with a folder of each home we were interested in. He had a timed schedule and map of the area, which was helpful to us, as we live out of town. Wayne was always patient and helpful answering our many questions. He was always friendly and would return our calls promptly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Elk Rapids or the Traverse City area!!

ZillowVERIFIED In our particular case, would have been difficult for any Realtor. short explanation: We are from Phoenix, Arizona and flew out to Northern Michigan to look at a particular house that my girlfriend fell in love with and Wayne was recommended by My girlfriends sister from her past dealings with Wayne. I found him to be friendly and knowledgeable. I passed on the house that my girlfriend loved after pointing out many flaws in the house. We wandered the internet and found some other prospects and Wayne set up visits for us on these houses. Well we loved the next house and made an offer, unfortunately we came in second. Wayne worked with us on looking at other houses, while the 1st bidder withdrew his offer on the house we both loved. Made offer, was accepted and Wayne worked diligently in getting all of the paperwork completed and smoothing over the process with the title company, and with us 2200 miles away. Glad to say the entire transaction was completed in a reasonable time period and we are moving to Michigan and I recommend Wayne as your representative whether you are buying or selling.

From the first time we met with Wayne at the home until the closing, Wayne Toteff went above and beyond the call of duty. Whether we had a question or even needed something done, Wayne was always there to help and get things figured out right away. The home we purchased was a second home and was 3 hours away so there were many questions that popped up after looking at the house. Being 3 hours away it was not easy to just jump in the car and go see for yourself - Wayne did an excellent job of getting these questions answered quickly and correctly saving us several trips.
