I've been a client of Wanda's since 2000, right before Covid-19 became prevalent and everything started shutting down. I'm very particular with my home choice (as many are because this is a major investment) and Wanda patiently worked with me throughout the past two years as I sought my dream home. Wanda was with me not only throughout the entire home buying process, but even afterwards advising and assisting me throughout the issues I encountered during and after I purchased my new home. I immensely appreciated this, not only as a first-time homebuyer, but also as an individual who, though doing all my research going in, took on more responsibilities at home as well as work. It was refreshing to know that Wanda ALWAYS had everything covered, ALWAYS had my best interest in mind, and ALWAYS went to bat for me, whenever need be. The consummate professional, Wanda is TRULY in a league of her own. When you work with Wanda, know that you are in good hands!

ZillowVERIFIED My journey with Wanda Pearson was so wonderful. She made house searching so easy for us, all I had to do is tell her what we were looking for and she did all the work! Early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails; always positive and always cheerful. She really made us feel like family and like we could count on her for anything. She really goes above and beyond her duties to help you find your house and making sure everything is safe for you and your family! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We would recommend her to all and everyone who is searching for their perfect and good quality home. We give Wanda a big hug and thanks for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Wanda to any and everyone looking to buy or sell a home or property. She knows exactly what she is talking about and more importantly she will do what is best for you as her client. I couldn't have been more grateful that she helped me along this journey. She did everything in her power to get the house i wanted while keeping me completely up to date and in the loop with things that were going on. It being my first home she walked me through every step and even though is got a little bumpy along the way due to Covid she fought tooth and nail to get me exactly what I wanted and make the process as smooth as possible. She treated me like family from day and I appreciate all that she has done for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were so fortunate to have had Wanda Pearson as our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. Wanda was patient as we traveled from Pearland, Missouri City and Sugarland to look at homes over a few months and inform me about making low offers on overpriced or exact priced homes. As she would say aEUR?let me bring you back to realityaEUR?. :)In addition, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Wanda was that she focused on answering my questions, giving me great advice on the surrounding area, and finding homes that met our needs. If given her the opportunity she will not disappoint but help you understand everything that's required for purchasing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved Wanda! Wanda was aware that we were first time home buyers, so she made sure to explain every little detail and procedure to us. She was always accessible and always fought for our best interest. Wanda was also good at recommending people and business that she trusted which was very helpful because we would have had no idea where to look. She is also very knowledgeable of the Latino culture and took into consideration things that were important to us. Wanda is not a "9-5" realtor, Wanda is a "24-hour service" realtor and no matter how late it was she always answered our calls and messages. We strongly recommend our "TIA" Wanda!

ZillowVERIFIED Wanda was a pleasure to work with. She has the heart of a teacher and asked qualifying questions to ensure that we were aligned with out expectations and reality of the market. We moved from Georgia and had limited knowledge of the Fort Bend / Sugar Land area and Wanda was positively knowledgable and professional through the entire process. We recommend her highly and would work with her again with our next purchase.
