The whole process had the potential of being very stressful, however Wanda made it so much better. She is there every step of the way and she is so invested in it all. ZillowVERIFIED Since 2006, Wanda Mooney has been the guiding star in our real estate pursuits. She first helped us when we wanted to buy some open farmland in order to build a house - the sort of property that rarely comes on the market in our rural town. When we were ready to build, in 2009, Wanda sold our then-current house at asking price - in the worst market the country had faced in decades. And she found a buyer who would be a true steward of the land and the house! Wanda has advised us and worked with us as we contemplated changes in how and where we will live as we age, and most recently has been a crucial part of our purchase of substantial acreage (and buildings) adjacent to our newly built house (on land Wand had previously sold us). Through Wanda our real estate portfolio has grown, we have become increasingly pleased in our expanding environment, and Wanda has become a trusted advisor, a good friend, and the only person we would ever contemplate working with in any real estate dealings. She is known and respected (and adored) in our community and is without doubt the most knowledgable real estate professional in our part of the state. She works hard and faithfully for her clients; her presence and participation guarantee the happiest of results for buyer and seller.
