I have two grown children and an awesome son and daughter in-law and six grandchildren. Who are truly the love of my life..... I love the outdoors, camping with the grandchildren and just having fun. I recently just sold my house (March 2021) with the Himes Group and I would recommend Wanda to anyone selling their house in the Front Royal/Linden area. Hands down, the best Realtor I have dealt with in my lifetime! Over the last year, I have been in the process of building a home and needed to sell my current home closer to the finish. Due to covid, timing to do so has been unpredictable and ended up being in the middle of winter. Normally, that timeline is not the best to put a house on the market which increased my stress paired with finishing up the build, carrying two mortgages, and timing it out to not rent elsewhere prior to being able to move into my new home. Wanda took the reigns and completely put me at ease during this entire process. She is so knowledgeable and her experience in the real estate field show in how she handles the details. She went out of her way to make sure my needs were met but also that the prospective buyers were truthfully informed on aspects of living in the home regarding location, weather, local interests etc. I was impressed by her genuine demeanor yet direct delivery of factual information. I walked away with everything I had hoped and then some, as she obtained a more competitive price point for sell. Bottom line is I was worried for no reason.
