ZillowVERIFIEDWe live out of state, so all of our selling process was done online. Wanda was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She always (promptly) replied to all of our questions and made the process incredibly easy for us. She went above and beyond, we highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Wanda was fantastic in aiding in buying our home in April 2021. She was patient with us and persistent in going through listings finding properties that met our checklist. Wanda and Ann Hill willing showed us properties even when it meant traveling long distances and taking up a lot of their time. Even when we wanted to look "at one more" property over 50 miles away she quickly made the arrangements for the showing and travelled with us. Always cheerful yet professional, she was wonderful to work with! Wanda and Ann efficiently and effectively handled all the paperwork on our offer, contract, and closing witch went smoothly due in no small part to Wanda's and Ann's efforts. Thank you Wanda, Ann, and Century 21 for helping us find and make this beautiful home of ours a reality!

ZillowVERIFIED There is not a nicer and more patient Real Estate Agent around, I've known that Wanda was a very nice person and did a great job for my son, but I was pleasantly surprised how well she did in the sale of our commercial property, I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Wanda was a great realtor, and we wouldn't have gotten the house without her local knowledge. The house was not listed yet but she knew of it coming up for sale. We had asked her to show us a separate house, which we didn't like, and she knew what to so. Definitely recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Wanda was very attentive to our needs and desires for our new home. She seems to have an interest as though she was looking for her own home. Wanda had the initiative to be aware of property that was about to come on the market in order to afford us every opportunity to have every advantage available. During the negotiations she processed our offers very expediously and got responses quickly. We had a special perquisite in our offer and she worked that out very smoothly. Wanda put us in a home that met all our needs and request. We would highly recommend Wanda to anyone looking for the right home. We could have not found a more pleasant , respectful and accommodating person to find us a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I do not recommend this agent. Complete waste of my time. It seemed like all she wanted to do was sit back and wait for other realtors to show my home and/or contact her instead of putting in any work so she could potentially make a profit. She never followed up with me after the home was showed I was always having to reach out to her.
