He was able to walk us through the process expertly and without making us feel like we were children (we were purchasing from out of state so we didnt know the way home buying works in Maine). Wally was available anytime we needed him. We felt like we were his only clients! We had a terrible time with our mortgage lender and Wally was supportive, patient, and really went to bat for us with the seller. We cant say enough wonderful things about Wally!

Happenstance brought us to Wally, and we are so thankful that it did. Throughout the months of our search, we peppered him with a wide array of questions about the area, homes, land, resources and every other thing imaginable in real estate. He answered all of them with expertise, patience and in an amazingly timely manner. But, I think the thing we liked most about Wally was that he never pushed or pressured us in any direction, just provided helpful information and allowed us to find our way. We cant recommend him highly enough. We finally found a place that suits our needs and are thrilled that were going to be part of this beautiful ocean side community. The only downside is that were no longer seeing Wally on a regular basis.
