We chose to have Walter help us buy a new home based on his excellent online reviews and his many years of experience. We were not disappointed. When we were looking at houses, he pointed out potential issues that we would have overlooked, which indicated that he cared more about us finding the right home than making a quick commission. He always took time to answer all of our questions, and his response time to emails, texts, and voicemails could be measured in minutes. When it came time for us to sell our old house, there was no doubt who we would have list it. He was able to negotiate an offer just above our asking price within a few days of the house being on the market. We would not hesitate to recommend Walter.
