ZillowVERIFIED I wish I could give Walter more than 5 stars. We randomly matched with Walter on Zillow and could not have ended up with a better realtor to help us navigate our first home purchase. Walter was responsive, efficient and always had great advice that was straightforward and not pushy. I never felt like he was trying to push us into a decision, he always took our cues and was committed to finding us our dream first house l, even though it took some time. Finally, he helped us navigate this all while we were across the country, and helped oversee some initial maintenance with contractors post closing, free of charge. An absolute gem, dont miss out!

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Walter by a realtor in Georgia who was helping me buy a propoerty and relocate there. I was born and raised in Alameda County and know quite a few realtors in the area. Since Walter had lived in Georgia and was friends with my realtor I thought that would make the transition a lot easier. From day one he was the consumate professional and always made himself available to help me. He even came by one day and helped me move things downstairs so that I could prep them for moving.One night he came by late and dropped off some TV boxes that he promised to get me. Most of all, I loved his team. They all came to my house and thoroughly expalined the entire process, pros and cons, and what to expect. Walter devised a plan and they all executed it perfectly. He also coordinated everything with the Georgia realtor so that the closing date would coincide the date my new home's construction would be complete. I think that his prior financial career puts him in a unique position to understand how to manage transactions like the sale of a property. My house ended up selling quick and I received a substantial amount over the asking price. Walter helped me submit 7 offers 2 of which were accepted. Walter takes the angle of aEURoelets put an offer in and try, you never know!aEUR? Vs some other realtors get frustrated with you if you ask them to put in a aEURoenon competitive offeraEUR? in their eyes, meaning, theyd only submit an offer for you if you go ridiculously over asking. Walter offered sage advice, kept me focused on my goals, and ultimately i got a home that was better than I would ever expect to. It was exactly within budget, great location, and has enough space. My budget was challenging and on the lower end for the Bay Area. Persistence is key! It took me 54 viewings, 7 offers, and 45 days of pounding the pavement.
