Janet Kayan Wai was an extraordinary realtor. Her knowledge, expertise, guidance and patience was unmatched. She was always on time, if not early, and always, always advocated in the interest of her clients. When we started our house buying journey, we started with our broker, Julian Yuen, and didn't have a realtor. Julian Yuen recommended Janet to us because he has worked successfully with her before on multiple occasions. Upon meeting Janet on our first house tour, she asked us to send her a list of what we liked to see in a house and locations we wanted to live in so she could gauge our interest and deal breakers and she based our search on these. She was very open to listening to us and communicating about houses which we really appreciated. During the touring phase of our house journey, we looked at A LOT of houses and Janet was super patient and very knowledgeable in determining what to look for and what she thought was worthwhile vs not. That really helped us hone the search to exactly what we wanted eventually. Janet always made time for us and communicated transparently through both text and email whenever we had questions or needed guidance during the home buying process. We highly, highly recommend Janet Kayan Wai for any realtor services. She works really hard for her clients and we greatly appreciated all her work throughout.
