About Wallace Peiffer

When many folks visit their family and friends here in NC they fall in love with the state, weather, and amenities, and end up moving here. I have been calling NC home since 1959. Being a lifelong resident of Granville County, I like being able to reach out to the triangle cities of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill for ACC sports, Pro Hockey, and the arts. Then home is only a short drive back to the quiet way of living in the country. My son, Jordan, is the apple of my eye and such a joy to watch on his journey through the local high school I also attended at his age. I was co-captain on that same high school football team. And, I believe that between the hard work it took me to make it to the playoffs my senior year, the years of working in the tobacco fields as a kid, and also watch my mom raise 4 kids as a single parent back in the 70's has given me a work ethic that continues to be the backbone of my success. I thoroughly enjoy boating on the lakes that are all within 15-30 minutes from my home in the triangle area. And, in the winter months Jordan and I love going to the NC Mountains, and spending the weekends on the snow slopes. I take my job whole heartedly, and always put my clients wants, needs, and interest first. I have been so fortunate to have such a successful career in Real Estate since I began in 1992. But, the peak was when I first ranked #7 in the United States for the number of closed transactions within the Coldwell Banker Company. I am immensely blessed. My enjoyment comes when I see the expressions on my client's faces when they finally walk through the front door of their dream home. The excitement they feel is refreshing, and makes my job the most rewarding. I would love to help you too!!!!

I seen an abandoned house that I was interested in. It was sitting for years, so I thought I'd get ahead by reaching out to wallace on a house and 10 acres and telling him about this property. When it came down to it, he told me to meet him at the house. I arrive at the property to meet him after I took off work, I call him to see if he's coming out. This guy showed up like an hour before I got there to take pictures of the property then tells me he can't meet. Then he stops communicating with me. The property is then listed and sold. I think he had more to do with the sale of the property. I bought another house a few months later. I personally will never do work with Wallace again or any property he's associated with. I saved all text to prove it.
