ZillowVERIFIED Walker went out of his way to help us find the perfect location for our vacation condo being mindful of our target budget. When the sellers agent dropped the ball on several aspects of the transaction, Walker was there to follow through and take over. Walker took the extra time to familiarize us with the city and local neighborhood. I highly recommend Walker for all of your real estate needs especially if you are relocating or are new to Chicago.

ZillowVERIFIED I moved from overseas to Chicago in Spring of 2014. Walker was and have been fantastic. He walked me through every steps of the way to make sure my first home buying experience remain positive. His local knowledge including history, safety, and trends were most valuable info that I could not get from anywhere. He always put himself to be on Buyers side and advise me on the right term and right amount so that I felt I could rely on him, but I always have control on the deal. Continue to keep in touch in the regular basis to receive investment advise for my next property.

ZillowVERIFIED Walker worked hard to help me find a place to live that fit my needs, and exceeded my expectations. He was very responsive to calls and emails and also helped me find other resources in the Chicago area. Very helpful guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Walker was great to work with! When our first deal fell through, he got started right away to find us an even better one! Would highly recommend him to first time buyers like we were, since he listened to our needs, was very responsive, and accommodating to our hectic schedules. Definitely will work with him again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have been working with Walker as she interviews for her medical residency program. We were referred to him as she has now had two separate interviews in downtown Chicago, and he has made time in his schedule on each occasion to show us around the city and play tour guide as well. His knowledge of the area and what would be the best fits for us has made Chicago a strong contender in her residency match ranking. Though we wont know where we will end up until late March, we have our agent picked out if we are lucky enough to end up in such an awe-inspiring town.
