Wael Georgey

Wael Georgey is an MBA graduate and University of Central Florida Alumni. After becoming an Eagle Scout and before attending UCF, his father encouraged him to acquire his Real Estate License, and so he did. In 2013 & 2014, Wael was ranked as the top selling agent in his office. In 2015, Wael decided to branch off and open his own brokerage, "Properties In Town." Wael is known to be direct, results-oriented & gifted with clarity of thought and articulation. He's an excellent communicator, negotiator and presenter and primarily focuses on truth, accuracy and productivity. He's stimulated by challenges and shows ingenuity at meeting them. Wael is a creative thinker that has helped many clients acquire properties through creative financing and during multiple offers situations. Wael currently lives in Hunters Creek and enjoys playing sports, weightlifting, outdoor activities, swimming and traveling.
